Rock, a promising newcomer in the insurance industry, is looking forward to being part of the team at the Bachmann-Zeiltin agency. Specializing in personal and commercial lines – she is confident she can fulfill her clients’ needs in: auto, homeowners, and commercial insurance. She has been involved in customer service since 2005, and is an alumni of Kutztown and Temple Universities. Being a Bucks County native, she is familiar with all of the particular local issues you may have, and is committed to helping you with your insurance needs.

Having worked in customer care for ten plus years I am an experienced agent having understanding of the customers wants and needs as well as expectations.
